Collection: Yerba Mate with Stems

This is the most popular style in South America. When the yerba mate comes out of the mill after aging it is separated into at least three different components, sticks, leaf, and dust. These three components are then added back to the final product to the producers specifications. All of the products in this category have stems added back, the amount varies. The stems soften the flavor and assist in filtering when drinking with a mate (cup) and bombilla.
