Ariel For my taste, La Merced barbecuá-type is a delicious and slightly stronger smoked-flavored alternative to the other traditional yerba mates, such as Romance and Rosamonte. It makes also a great "mate cocido" via an infuser or a filter. Try it, you'll not be disappointed.
