Top quality and the perfect flavor. I have been drinking this for years now.

I was really surprised at how good this yerba is. Argentine amount of dust (or lower, like a "suave"), but it doesn't burn/quemar (take on the acrid flavor) as easily. It's not finicky. It steeps out (se lava) somewhat quickly, but I never replace the yerba unless I'm drinking it with multiple people. I steep it at 72 deg celcius for the first pour, and then go up to 73 or 74, and then up to whatever temperature my thermos water is at.

If you don't steep it the traditional way, I'd recommend simmering it (like any yerba): add it to a pot of cold water, bring it to a light simmer for a few minutes, and then strain it.
