Ryan B. This is another great GYM house blend on par with the Black Lion's blend. The flavor is nice and bold due to the lack of stems. I add it to yerbas with stems as I find it extends the life of the flavor. The ashwagandha is a great addition to yerba mate. Definitely helps create a mellow alertness. Haven't taken Reishi mushroom as long as Lion's Mane but I enjoy it's mellowing effects in this blend. The price of this blend for what you get is fantastic. Great stuff.
