Here are the instructions for using the thermos:
1. Take the top off and remove the mate cup.
2. Add hot water (no higher than 155°F) or cold water to the thermos.
3. Replace the cup and fill it 2/3 full with yerba mate.
4. Insert the top with the bombilla. You can move the bombilla side to side to help it pass through the yerba.
5. Screw the lid on and you are ready to go.
