James S.S. This mate is fine cut with no stems which makes for a very appealing look. I can't speak in detail about the taste as I blend it with Chai Spice Mate (also from GOYERBAMATE). In addition I add some store bought mushroom powder for enhanced nutrition. This Mate blends well with these other ingredients which speaks to it's mild flavor and versatility.
