Really great quality, perfect for making tereré or using in a French press. Admittedly I don't use the bombilla so I can't speak to its efficacy by that route, but in the other two options it's great. It's not an overpowering flavor, and is consistently smooth and easy to drink. This is a classic and gives you the classic sustained energy burn of yerba mate. Can't be beat
A Rioplatense classic. Since Canarias is pure leaf, there are no stems. The thin cut could clog your bombilla. However, I make my own blend by mixing Canaria with other great yerbas available at goyerbamate such as La Rubia or Pajarito. Works well with Rosamonte too.
