Excellent flavor! First time trying a yerba compuesta. There are definitely a lot more fine particles than I'm used to, so I'd recommend that once your bombilla is nestled under "the mountain," don't move it!
Perfect for morning and best brewed hot, in my opinion. The heat brings out the notes of mint and lemon that you might otherwise miss if doing a cold-brew or tereré method. It's very smooth and has just the right amount of bold flavor to wake you up. Really great blend and doesn't sacrifice any of the yerba mate effects. Canarias scores another top shelf goal.
My husband and I really loved this particular Canarias. It is as strong as the regular Canarias but has a "softer" flavor. That may seem like a contradiction, but it is not. Hard to describe, but very pleasant taste!
