I did enjoy this tea. Though it doesn't have any sweetener (that I could tell at least), the aroma of the team made it seem sweet. On opening, it can give notes of fruit/fruity pebbles.

I have really enjoyed the lasting calm but alertness I feel while sipping this in the mornings. It also crubs any hunger pains I used to feel until after lunch. I usually Intermittent Fast and drink this in the mornings. Love it and will order more

My new go to. I used to drink the organic green (not smoked), this is nice. I get some extra benefits with the additives, the taste is smooth. What’s not to like?

Great tea blend

I didn't expect to like this as much as I do. The flavor isn't as overpowering as I'd anticipated it to be. It's very smooth and extremely enjoyable.From time to time Yerba Mate can actually make me a little jittery & tense (nowhere near what other caffeinated drinks do), but this doesn't have that effect. This blend actually puts me in a calm alertness which is great in my book. I've never eaten Lion's Mane Mushroom but I've used powdered extracts before. The flavor of the powders I've had was alright - kind of a lightly sweet, nutty flavor - so I was pleased to find out the Lion's Mane part in this yerba was practically the same. I had previously tried the GYM Acai blend before and found that to be very tasty. This is no different. Not too sure what the Muira Puama is contributing to the flavor profile, but it's nothing negative so no complaints. I love that Rick & the crew at GYM are adding MCT oil to some of their house blends. I can definitely attest to the smoothness it adds. I for one not only hope they continue to use it in the blends they have, but create more blends with it. I do find that the flavor washes out a little quicker than other yerbas (hot or cold), but that doesn't bother me at all since the flavor that is there is that good. It can always be blended with stronger yerbas to help with that. Also, the price of this is definitely on the premium side when considering shipping costs, but I think it's fair in the long run due to the premium ingredients. Definitely won't deter me from buying more. This is the best house blend of yerba I've tried from GYM. More orders of this are in my future.
