I recently received this Thermos and have only used it once. It does have a learning curve, but don't distress it only took me an hour to figure things out and make it quite enjoyable. I liked the cleaning aspect, very easy. The flavor was great. And I figured out how best to sweeten my mate. I prefer mine with a little honey.

I realized that the best way to sweeten was to add my sweetener to the water chamber and not the mate chamber. I did that by mistake the first few sips.

This product is a gamechanger for the mate world, I already have started buying extras to hand out to friends because I know they'll love them! Five outta Five stars.
