Taragui Tropical Passion Fruit Yerba Mate 500 g (1.1lbs)

This has become one of my top favorite Yerba.

I was super pumped for this flavor! The usual spot I order mate from did not have this flavor. But I’ve wanted to try it for a while… completely honest review- this is the best flavored mate I’ve tried. It’s got just the right amount of maracuya flavor while also not being too intoxicating with the flavor (which I have experienced with other flavored mates). I noticed orange initially, then maracuya. Then I stopped tasting the orange as much and the maracuya flavor lasted at least 15-20 washes!!! Which is typical of taragui, one of the many reasons they make my favorite yerba. Still got a nice energy boost like regular taragui….Now what I’m gonna say here is more of a me thing, again I really loved the mate and will drink it sporadically whenever I’m feeling it… For whatever reason, flavored mates do tend to hurt my stomach a little bit. Not sure if I’m just sensitive or what!! It’s really only the flavored Yerbas, never the normal mates I drink (playadito, taragui, Canarias). Idk just thought I’d throw that in there in case anyone else is similar… but I absolutely LOVED the maracuya flavor and will probably order it again at some point. Jared was super helpful with the delivery after there was some confusion as to my address, which he remedied in a timely and VERY professional manner. Overall, really happy with my order and will order from them again!!

I enjoyed getting this Argentinian yerba while I lived in Paraguay for the Peace Corps. I'm happy to be able to get it from Goyerbamate now! It's got a subtle fruit flavor.
