To my taste, smooth and mild but still with strong and full taste, and of course it's unsmoked, stemless, and organic.

Best mate I've had in years. Love the fresh smell each time I open the package and the fresh green color. I used to pour out the first two gourds to reduce the bitterness. Now I just enjoy it from the first gourd.
