La Rubia - Special and Unusual

Just as the review of La Rubia that I read some months ago, this Mate is unusual and special in many categories. I love the somewhat deeper taste than most of the Mates I have been drinking for the past 4 years. It is also less dusty than the Uruguays and still well mixed, stem and leaf, like the best Brasilians.

My favorite yerba

My favorite yerba. Great fresh yerba mate taste, and this Yerba's cut never plugs your bombilla! I've been drinking La Rubia daily since 1979, when I served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Paraguay. The quality has never changed in 46 years! La Rubia is certified organic and works perfectly for maté AND tereré (due to their cut and processing. Argentine and Brazilian yerba do not work for tereré (cold water infusion). Thank you for making La Rubia Yerba available in the US at a reasonable price!
